🎯 𝐋𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐞𝐝 is a dynamic two-year KA2 project, passionately crafted to empower European youth in the realm of sustainability. Through expert coaching, we guide the next generation of changemakers to success in project management, entrepreneurship, and self-care.

🚀 The project kicked off with a two-day meeting in Thessaloniki, bringing together all partners to lay the foundation of our project and setting up the next steps:

👉 Conduct in-depth research to identify and understand the specific challenges faced by youth in sustainability initiatives.
👉 Develop and implement a robust training program to equip youth workers with the necessary skills and confidence to effectively guide and coach program participants.
👉 Outline and design targeted coaching modules, addressing key skillsets
👉 Test and validate the coaching program to ensure its effectiveness and relevance in empowering youth for successful sustainability initiatives.
